Booking Policies

Project LAMA Booking Policy:

This trek is organised and guided solely by Himalayan Dynamic Adventure Ltd. Project LAMA’s role is purely to coordinate your booking and facilitate the flow of money raised from the trek to the projects in Nepal. Project LAMA and its volunteers are not responsible or liable for any loss or injury that you may incur while participating on a Project LAMA trek.

Himalayan Dynamic Adventure Ltd. Booking Policy:

Himalayan Dynamic Adventure Ltd. is not responsible for any costs that you incur from a mountain rescue or medical services in the event of an injury or illness.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book a place on a Project LAMA trek. The remainder of the cost is due 30 days before the trip start date.

If you cancel within 30 days of the start date you will not be refunded but you can transfer the balance to somebody else or put it towards a place on the trek the following year.

If you cancel after the trip has started or are unable to complete the trek no refund or transfer of balance will be given.

If Himalayan Dynamic Adventure Ltd. has to cancel the trek due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: a natural disaster, civil unrest, or weather conditions you will be issued a full refund, minus any costs already incurred by the company. You will also be offered the opportunity to take an alternative trek in the future. If the trek itinerary has to be shortened or changed due to weather or mountain conditions while on the trek no refund will be given.
